3. Returns
To return a book for a refund or exchange please send us an email to info@cincobooks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. An authorization from Cinco Books must be received before returning any Books. Shipping cost to return any items are the buyer’s responsibility.
Only books in perfect condition, unopen and unaltered can be returned. Any broken or damaged books are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange. Books on sale are not eligible for returns.
It can take up to 25 days for books to reach us once you return it. Once we receive the book, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your return and refund by email.
Customers must contact our customer service line for inquiries regarding returns.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed once only if:

Book is received damaged (submit pictures of the item and damaged shipping package via email to info@cincobooks.com with the order number in the subject)
Exchange will be approved for a book of equal or lower value. Cinco Books will cover the cost of shipping the new book after the returned item has been received at Cinco Books (U.S orders only).
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, no cash will be provided for returns. The shipping cost is not refundable. Expect funds to be credited to your account within 3-14 business days depending on your card issuers policy.
6. Special orders for institutions, libraries, and school districts
Special return policies that can be provided upon request.
Special orders are non-returnable.
7. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Cinco Books from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
